Percentage of Achille tendons elongation with tibiae lengthening

Folks,

what do you think is the percentage of tibiae lengthening patients who need for Achille tendons elongation? Right now I've lengthened about 4 cm and I don't need for that surgery...

It depends in the amount of lengthening. I think that over 6cm a lot more people should need it
