LL Doctors In Other Countries

I have height dysphoria and the cost of limb lengthening in the USA is a little too pricey. Are there safe doctors in other countries that perform the surgery for a cheaper price? I checked out Dr.Mitkovic in Serbia but I believe he doesn't do cosmetic limb lengthening anymore. Any other good doctor suggestions?

Reading some patient experiences involving international doctors would be a good start, and then arranging a consultation from there through Skype or something once you've found one that looks appealing.

Dr mitkovic does still do cosmetic.. I'm currently doing cosmetic with him now..
