And what is your opinion based on you smartass? Do you know Betz?

Hey Mime,

We know you had bad experience with Dr. Betz but he mentioned that he offered to fix your complication. What is your response to this?

Well, I don't like how Betz associated himself with the T-Rex from the old forum and he was also in India for some business dealings. But it's hard to deny that he is a qualified doctor with a good number of years of experience.

When you take on this surgery, you have to accept a certain level of risk involved. Things will not likely go the way you wanted. I wouldn't go far as to blame the doctor when something goes wrong unless he outright refuses to fix your problem.

It seems that the OP is expecting a certain type of answer.

When I was 17, I hated it when a doctor or qualified physician tells me to "make peace with my body." Or my uncle who told me that I wasn't smart enough to pursue my dream career. Had I accepted these statements, I would've been the 5'6 criminal that I expected to be by now.

At 158cm, it seems like you have a mountain to move. But the good thing is you're only 19. Science is constantly developing and like Warren Buffet said, "the best is yet to come." I wouldn't be surprised in the next 8 or 15 years, Science will develop a way to lengthen our torso safely and cosmetic LL is much more safe and affordable.

.... my advice to OP is

1. Check if you're qualified for disability benefit. I'm unsure about Germany but in certain countries, you can apply for benefit for being under a certain height. If your country has healthcare plan, you can build a CASE to the government to fund your height increase surgery. Seeking legal advice or googling wouldn't be a bad idea. If you're ballsy enough you can also go on a donation ad campaign. Unfortunately, you don't live around me; otherwise, I strategize an appropriate plan for you.

2. You should choose a career path in Science. Most guys spend their 20s being sex fiend before they settle down in early 30s. At your height, it's hard to be a PUA. I suggest you to put all this energy and time into finding a solution in the field of Science to help short people grow taller. Not only will you get rich if you're successful but you also help yourself in the process.

To do 20cm or not, you need a lot of time, money and support of family members. If you don't have the support of your family, I wouldn't consider. Most people lengthen 6-7cm to see where they are. If they're still unsatisfied, they may consider additional lengthening.

I saw those running vids he posted. All these years and that's the best he's at? Maybe that's okay for some people, but not for me. If he's running that crappy now, he's only going to be a lot worse 10 or 20 years from now. Not to mention he also got his arms lengthened.

Topic of Apotheosis

Apo is in the business of LL (cuts with doctors, etc.). His business is dependent on people interested and going to do LL with the doctors of his choice. He also called himself the "prophet of LL" and a God for a reason. You can come to him for LL advice of course. Do you think if he has complications, he will tell you so that it will ruin his reputation and business? Well, of course not, he will tries the minimize the issues and show the pictures/videos at an angle that looks most favourably to him. He wants people to be interested in LL. That's his bread and butter.

Just imagine a 5'7 danish male with the ethics of wall street standing on a 20cm platform. It doesn't take a rocket science to imagine how he would look. Try wearing 2-3 inches lift? Imagine wearing 8 inches.

I don't have a problem with salesman. People needs opinion. When the stake is this high and where a surgery can be a life time of disability, a lot of people are willing to pay up premium for safety and reputation. I find it highly unethical though for someone to push people toward a certain doctor clearly for financial gain and without disclosing his financial interest.

An example is Tall from old forum . As far as I know he is still suffering from arthritis. He's been pushing Dr. M for years. However, people are unaware that he works for Dr. M, the same shady doctor who puts up that advertisement ridiculing short men. When a patient visited Dr. M's clinic, the staff inadvertently said, "if you want to ask any question, ask Tall. He works for Dr. M."..... lol. I don't know how you think but this is just downright dishonesty.

Oh yeah... and another story relating to Apo. Apparently one of my buddies for whatever reason added Apo on Facebook. My buddy uploaded many photos being proud of his after LL height. However, when he had a disagreement with Apo, Apo spammed everyone on his Facebook's friend list that my buddy did LL in India.... lol.... another friend has this done to a while ago when he added a woman and this woman told all his friends, relatives, coworker, crush, girls, and even stranger.... that my friend did LL in 2013 in India. I'm not sure whether it's Apo posing or it's an unrelated case.... whatever it is, be careful of disclosing your ID to the old man.

Sorry but you don't know squat about this.
Betz simply was lying on this forum just like he is always lying. He simply abandons patients who have serious complications or even exacerbates them. First he always denies there is a problem and pushes the patients to continue clicking despite the complication. This is in order to cover his ass because if the patient continues to click the doctor won't be liable under German law. Later he simply stops communication with the patient. Didn't you read the diary of Masterhy?
He is the only LLsurgeon I know who has had several patients who got compartment syndrome from his surgery. He is absolutely reckless. He  has experience? Yes, but he has stopped learning a long time ago due to his arrogance. For Betz money is all that counts and he doesn't give a   about his patients. Don't forget he is now manufacturer of his nail, a cheap copy of the old Albizzia. This creates a conflict of interest and an incentive to lie. In most civilized countries doctors are not allowed to sell their own products due to this conflict.
Therefore your argument doesn't count. A doctor who is a manufacturer at the same time cannot be compared to normal doctors. Better think twice before you write such bs again.

No, I didn't read Masterhy. I know you've been trying to warn people the danger of Dr. Betz for a long time, which is good.

At this point, it's your words against Dr. Betz's. He did mentioned on this forum that he tried to help you but you refused.

My advice for you is that you need to build up your own credibility. We don't even know who you are, your surgical details nor what happened. You just come on here and attack his character, which is pointless. He is evil? How? Maybe a story of sequential events that involves the motivate for financial gain that puts the patient at risk would help.

We're all educated people. We need proof. Where is the photo, dialogue, events, emails, surgical details that says Dr. Betz is a negligible and irresponsible doctor? My advice to you is you can start off by building up your case against Dr. Betz by explaining about your own surgical detail. Then say what happened to other patients. Cheers.

Thanks for your advice mate, and i was thinkig about to do an additional lengthening after a good recovery
it will be really expensive but it is worth, not to forget that you'll shrink at a certain age

You didn't even read Masterhy's diary and try to teach me about proof? You are much dumber than you believe my friend. I hope you get crippled just as I got.

This is really bitter toward someone who was only trying to offer you advice on how you can brush up your argument.

Why would I read Masterhy's diary? You're the prosecutor and the one who has the vendetta against Dr. Betz. Do you expect the Juror (myself) to go dig up the evidence for your case?

omg... with this kind of attitude, now I expect why you can't be helped.
