Well no one knows the long term complications of the surgery. He's showing us how things are after so long.
I'm surprised you say recovery is obvious.

So by saying recovery is "expected" with Dr. G, are you saying Dr. G is good?
How does money come into the picture here?

Me too. I'm surprised that you even ask me these questions.

Dr. G is one of the better known LL doctors among Dr. Paley and Dr. Rosburch... though I would prefer Dr. Rosburch, Paley then Dr. G just because of the distance and the language barrier.

I remember Leechut said it cost him close to 100k USD cumulatively (surgery cost, physiotherapy, homestay, food ,etc.) whereas the full package offered by South Africa and Korea is almost half of this price even though they use the precise 2.

Where money comes in? Well, if you take any economic class, you'll understand that doctors can charge higher premium price for reliability and reputation. You're basically paying for the best that money can buy, his experience and his expertise and not for some rookie. For the price you go with Dr. G, the result should be expected. My standard for him is obviously higher. If you go with some shady doctors, the result is unexpected of course.

He is one of the best doctors so I would only be surprised that someone wouldn't recover from using him.

The author does not listen " smallguy " I do not think you need to learn English , especially since you no longer work for Dr. G.
He has a huge ego problem , and wants to use you for the sole purpose of being operated by wicket after a disastrous first operation Inde.Il is 1m75 , he did not need that and more .
In short , I have a small question for you : do you know what happened to Dr. G musy Is it as good as Bank I find no info on him !! You say that it has ? withdrew its license ( from what I understand in your message in English )

operated by wicket after a disastrous first operation Inde.Il is 1m75 , he did not need that and more .
In short
what its mean????

Thanks Goodlucktomy legs..

Someone here obviously doesn't share my belief for life long learning and continuous improvement. English is not important? Yeah, then why do you learn it?

Actually, I'm quite fine now, nothing disastrous. Please stop spreading false rumour. Sound like one of those fat bitch at my workplace. Cheers.

Are you holding on to something while doing the leg bends?
Your right arm disappears when you start bending.
You do methodical movements...flexing... kinda strange... i don't really see much agility.

I'm believe that you are satisfied with the surgery & height gain... but I'm not sure what I'm seeing is a full physical recovery after 12 years even with a renowned doctor like Guichet.

I definitely think you are physically much better off than that Sysop/Apotheosis I've read about here. If he lengthened from 5'6" to 6' 3" without physical consequences, he and his doctor would be written up in medical journals, documented with photos, interviews and videos. He'd be the most successful limb lengthening patient in history and the doctor who performed the surgery would be acclaimed as the greatest limb lengthening surgeon to date. They wouldn't need to try so hard to promote themselves the way they do.

mini me does make an interesting obervation

where does the arm go when squatting??? it's totally out of the picture... has to be extended horizontally to the right

the squatting is  not natural... a person with normal ability could squat up and down quite quickly with little effort. there seems to be a bit of preparation needed for each squat... the jumping ability is virtually nonexistent...  looks to be only a few inches off the ground

i'm not bashing you btw... i think this is what ll does...  full recovery to me means normal walking ability with 80-85%  of your former agility

Well, what I make of the jumping-squatting video is that is looks a little awkward, but its overall pretty satisfactory.

The balance issues he likely has while squatting aren't from the LL per se, but from elongated femurs. If you look at any bodybuilding forums you'll see people discussing how to squat barbells if they have naturally long  femurs. If you finish your LL (1 or 2 surgeries) with proportional leg segments I don't see the balance problems coming up.
As for the jumping...I tried jumping like him right now, I could maybe go an inch or so higher off the ground, but remember that when people bend their legs in a jump (to make their feet touch their ass) it creates the illusion of a much higher jump.

But indeed, if he is the poster child for maximum LL recovery, I am a little worried.

Jump does seem weird. I am really far from full recovery, but my jump seems a bit higher and stable.

How about your running (15-30 minutes on treadmill) and your endurance?
Your walking is normal good.
I also want to see your sprinting like 100 meters.
You are now my inspiration to do LL with Dr.Guichet.

Other than his femurs being quite long, which is to be expected, I don't see anything off.

mmm... cant tell if walking is totally normal or not

his legs still look short though...   which confirms what most of us already know

aesthetically, longer tibias look better and give the illusion of being taller than you really are... while shorter tibias gives the opposite

I'm wondering how tall Christoperbuilder is now. I'm guessing around 5'8/5'9. Regardless, I think he looks and walks great.
