Does duckass ALWAYS occur when you do LL?
« on: March 19, 2015, 08:36:34 PM »

I was wondering if duckass occurs on all patients who undergo LL. Are there any patients who never had this issue?

Thanks for answering. I guess I cannot avoid it if I lengthen my femurs. Is there a way to minimize it though?

And if it does happen, will it go away by itself or do I have to do stretching exercises?

I just want to make sure.

stretching is the way to fight it. I didn't have someone there helping me so I still have some.

Duckass is very fixable. I have a bad case of it now. My primary care doctor noticed it right away, but said that it's nothing to worry about considering what I had done, and that it should go away with stretching or from starting to walk unaided.

I'm actually trying to focus on glute strength at the moment. I need more of it to walk better, and it will help the duckass as well.
