I think you will be fine. I think within two inches either way and no one will really notice.

:/ i guess im gonna do the minimal amount for each surgery. so long i hit 5'8. I know most ppl would like to do 3 inches with one surgery but that seems crazy. anyways 3.6 and 4.6 for a total of 8.2 may be what i opt doing... i know most people will be like it isnt much of a difference but total length it does seem to make quite a difference. even .4cm. Who knows i may even opt for 3.4 and 4.4cm for a total of 7.8cm  :o doubt it though. I'm quite picky and very precise kind of guy if you haven't noticed Lol. plus if i do external tibias it will only be like what... 5 months in frames right?

I know the feeling...I'm super picky and anal too (and I hate it).

I dunno man...maybe you do femurs, get to 5 or 6 cm and see how you feel? Do you really care about proportions? I mean, my femurs definitely look long right now, but they're also very skinny. Once I bulk up again, they'll look better. I don't know if I could do this again (I did around 7cm give or take).

Sadly i really really do care about proportions. When i wear 2 inch lifts at work I feel like my legs are long as hell. No one really notices but i do :/ and that's what matters to me how I feel. I think another inch from 5'8 to 5'9 would just piss me off for the rest of my life especially if lost some athleticism for that extra inch. I think playing it very very safe is what i want. I'm just glad i can potentially gain 3 inches total.

I think if it was overwith quickly and i still felt short (lets say i do tibias first) i would probably force myself to do the internal femurs no matter what. but who knows maybe after the first surgery i may be like fk this  !!!! never again!!! lol

When I used to tuck in my shirt, my legs always looked kinda long. I'm a bit worried about that now. And I did like 2.75 isn inches. Whatever. I just wanted to be taller.

Yeah I don't think I could do this again.

yeah i'm personally so turned off by external method but seems to be the only viable way of doing tibias without permanent pain. Although im hoping if i do internal femurs that by the time i may decide to do tibias hopefully there will be a better method of doing that segment. I can live with being 5'6ish or 5'7 with shoes on ill be 5'8 for a little while and when i do decide to do tibias i hope there's a unique internal method but for now one can only dream.

Moose, why don't you glucosamine and inversion? Maybe you will be able to squeeze out an extra CM.or 2 of spinal height. Kill two birds with one stone; better proportions, and more height.

I plan to do this after I recover. I already bought glucosamine, and then I'm gonna invest time in yoga and pilates to hopefully squeeze out another inch or so.

Don't get hung up on numbers, my wingspan is 174CM (I'm 179) and I'm probaly gonna do 7CM anyway.

In my case it's just that I've got small shoulders.

I think lots of people on here over-stress proportions. They are important, but unless your super-disproportion and look like a daddy long-legs, no one in real life will notice. My femurs definitely look long (though they're very thin right now by my standards), but I'm not concerned about it.

Unfortunately(?) I have broad shoulders, so my arm length is not "ideal" for LL. But I've always thought my thighs were short and stubby so I think doing femurs will be great for me. Plus no one is going to notice the proportion difference, there are tons of people who have a shorter wingspan than their height naturally...

Didin't know you can have a negative ape index just from your shoulders.
If you hit the gym often enough you could easily fix that.

building ur deltoid doesn't result in longer wingspan just broad shoulders

Well my point was that your measurments isn't everything, you might look fine anyway. For example my arms are 75CM and my dad who is 187CM has 78CM arms so there isn't a huge difference but most importantly: it looks normal enough even at 186CM.

Im just telling you cause I will look so weird in photos that I wont post my proportions up.

182 cm with 174 cm wingspan is a joke. My arms are 78 cm so we are in the same situation (rather, similar). 185 cm + with 174 cm wingspan will be more of a joke.

If you ever do 185 cm with a 174 cm arm-span, please post a pic up. But by then I will be out of the forum already (done with lengthening)

Maybe we measure differently because I don't think I look that strange when I wear 11CM lifts. Sure I could do with broader shoulders and longer arms, I might even lengthen my humerus and clavicles, but to me it's acceptable -and I'm picky about these things.
