how does additional trauma cause any long term problems.
I think russian doctors quite specialist in tibial lengthening and they dont have too much skill on femoral surgeries like us or western docs(but dont mean they are not good bot less experlrience in femur i guess)
And
American and western docs quite lots experienced in femur than tibia

And how about their recovery?
I'm so curious
I have changed my mind to do 6 cm femur and 4.5 cm tibia
I was in touch with one woman, her recovery is very slow from tibia, and she did not do much. The others I do not have continued contact with.

I was thinking about getting both tibias and femurs operated on, because that way I could be statuesque, like a Victoria's Secret Angel. I think that in terms of proportions I would get away with it, because long-legged girls are beautiful, but the surgery is so drastic, so time-consuming, and so expensive that I was not sure about it, and my doctor discouraged me. He says that 5,7 is the perfect height for a girl, and perhaps it's true that in real life a girl who is 5'10 or 5'11 is too tall. Sometimes these pretty catwalk girls (some of them, like VS's angels, are undoubtedly pretty) look great on film, but in real life look like stick insects that could easily break if handled, and that's not nice.

Hi MM
I think your decision for LL on one segment is a good one.  You will be in a very good shape with nearly perfect proportion.  In fact, I kind of envy you although I am a man.  Your journey of CLL seems to flying so well and you are doing great.  I am happy for you.

MM I think there was an infographic posted which showed women at 5'6 are most attractive so I think 5'7 is good.
