pain is not suffering.

yes its all about brain function

suffering comes from you analyzing the pain with your inside voice (your thought processing centers) (I wont go into detail with macro and micro self talks)

pain itself is pain and NOT suffering

when your thought processing center's interpret pain stimulus it creates suffering.
suffering is the unpleasant worry you are left with. you are literally choosing to engage in reveling in pain.

however I wont discuss it, but to defeat your internal height neurosis, it comes as a side effect to your thought processing center processing pain, but instead of it predicting future, it switches in an instant to the past when the pain reaches a crescendo. this results in a different first initial thought when height is brought up to conscious interpretation for the brain. it is the fact that your first intial thought is the dictator (psychologically speaking) to whether you will experience(internal) height neurosis or not, in the presence of an external discrimination that is real.

I realize that I did not break it into laymen terms but 1) I don't think I can. and 2) sometimes I get bored of simplifying things. if you don't understand it then don't comment.

some drugs make your brain register that pain is not = bad.
when I was in the first few weeks of my LL I was in extreme pain. once my mind registered (pass it thru your CC) that pain is OK, pain is Normal, pain is not suffering, I am good.
