If you dont want anyone to know or think of you as a freak and you cant keep your mouth shut about your operation, dont expect anyone you tell to be able to keep quiet.

Thats how I see it. I wont even tell my dog.

Edit: cheap ass russian phones make my spelling atrocious.

I want to add that you should be careful as to who you add on Facebook as well. Maybe you are able to keep your mouth shut but a former patient or someone in this business may have saw you done LL and know who you are. One of Sarin's patient added apothesis or the owner of old forum  on Facebook (this was revealed on this forum a year ago), and Apotheosis ended up telling every single person on that patient's friend list that he has gone to India and have done LL. That is his sick way of promoting LL at the expense of somebody's privacy. My Viet friend also got tricked. Someone posed as a pretty girl on FB. He added her and this chick or faker ended up telling all of his personal friends and relatives that he has done LL. Now he is so humiliated.

Wow, this is a good read.....there is a lot of good information here.
I have given the topic of "sharing absolutely everything with a woman" a lot of thought in the past and have concluded that like it or not, it will come back and bite you in the ass when you least expect it.

Here is something I figured out after years of observing women's behavior:

Ask a woman what kind of guy she likes and her "text book" answer is Tall, Dark and Handsome.

What does this really mean?  There is a ton of sub context in these three words, let me explain;

Tall = confident, good posture, strong presence, assertive, etc.
Most people assume that Tall=height only, but I'm sure you know tall guys that are wimpy,  and have trouble attracting women.  Likewise there are short guys that do very well with women because they have the real character traits that women are attracted to.

Dark = mysterious, slightly troubled, slightly hot tempered, shady past, etc.
Again most people assume Dark=dark skin only.  Getting a "lovely" tan is not going to make you a better person, the most it will do is hide your skin blemishes better and make you a little healthier looking.

Handsome = well groomed, takes care of himself, dresses well, attention to detail, etc.
Most people assume Handsome=genetic looks.   Looks do play a role in instant attraction to women, but it is the "overall appearance" of a man that is going to count the most in the end.  Women are always "sizing you" up and down for these indicators of alpha masculinity just the same as when we are constantly scanning women for indicators of fertility (breasts, hips, etc.)

Try to enhance yourself to meet as many of these requirements as you can to be more attractive to women.   God only knows that women are always enhancing themselves by wearing push up bras, those damn sexy yoga pants, red lipstick etc.

By becoming an open book with your girlfriend, you will lose your mysteriousness(Dark side) to them and become less attractive.   It's not that women are evil and shallow, it's just something that is deeply encoded in their female genetics to help them choose the better person to mate with so their offspring will have a better chance themselves.

100% this. As someone who has a lot of dating experience with many different types of women under his belt, all of this rings true. Every girl I know, even if they don't say it (and no matter how "progressive" or "different from other women" they may claim to be), they all tend to be attracted to guys that are somewhat mysterious and aloof. Heck, I have had FWBs tell me in the past that I was "too nice," and that they wouldn't date me long-term, they'd only just sleep with me (not like I cared, lol). I learned in my young 20s that, even though I always had women attracted to me, you never really "have" them (especially the very attractive ones who know they can just dump you and get someone else). You have to keep them on their toes, and one of the best ways to do that is to shift the balance of power in your favor by dominating her as much as possible - be taller than her, be stronger than her (not hard, unless you're a twig and she's built like a linebacker), make more money than her, keep secrets from her, develop talents that she might admire you for, etc. Never get too comfortable or chummy with a girl, no matter how much you love her.

That's so true.

I have seen some of those discussions before. I learned a lot from them. Almost all of it is very true, and we would do well to accept the confines of these realities, while trying to be the best that we can be.

I did a little reading on there today. I'd definitely say it's in line with LL as gaining height definitely increases our intrinsic value as men. I think a lot of us LL guys aren't actually bad with girls, we just know that the additional height will allow us to "reach higher".

I wouldn't reveal anything to a girlfriend. But maybe it's another issue when considering a woman as a spouse? I mean if you got with a 10/10 but didn't discover until after you had children with her that she had a ton of plastic surgery that brought her up from a 5/10, and as a result your kids look kind of weird, would you not be a little peeved that she never told you about her surgeries?

That's a problem in my eyes too ... is can see that it might become very uncomfortable if u did like 9cm, didn't tell your wife and get Kids ... they grow up less than expected ...

Also I don't know about whether it is possible to keep a secret like this the whole life (your parents might know, docs, other patients, etc.)

Actually I created kind of the same thread (at least it was my intention to point towards the same issue) in discussions section just some hours ago (didn't find this one until right now) ...

Yeah, I've thought about that, I guess if it's "minor" I wouldn't mind. Breast augmentation and eyelid surgery are common and acceptable to me, and I could possibly handle a nose job too.

Plus I'm not sure height is on the same level though. Think about how many people.. even just on this forum.. that have a tall or average father and still ended up shorter. I myself am shorter than my dad (though my mom is pretty short.)

The variation in natural height is more than sufficient to mask a couple of cm of leg lengthening, whereas differences in the child and parents' face is probably more easily noticeable.

I just don't see how any good can come out of revealing it.

It would be a concern, but I don't see why they would ever find out. This is one benefit to being hirsute, if your legs are hairy enough nobody will ever see the scars. If I were to ever get caught I wouldn't take any criticisms from her anyways. It'd be like listening to a genetically gifted pro athlete criticize an average joe for steroid usage.

Or perhaps a better example would be someone born with a medical grade facial deformity then being criticized by an average or goodlooking person for getting plastic surgery to fix it.

They are born privileged in this respect and thus cannot understand until they start thinking logically.
