My first option was Sarin because he has good experience with LL surgeries but now that his after treatment and care is crap I wanted to go to Sringari; then I discovered he's the same as Sarin actually, only less talented; BUT better treatment care.
China isn't an option because it's out of my price range.
Do I really have any option left?
If the best option would be India, which do you suggest?

Guys; I've done my homework. Referring me to google is the same as telling me to do kamikaze.
Shortsupport is a great site (legit) for LL.
I'm not going to do LL with an unknown doctor; I'll rather go to Sarin than.
It's better to have a view of what to expect than to take a gamble.

Russia won't be the place for me because of the immigrant administration things...

Any place in EU? Maybe Belgium (can't find any hospital, they don't do it cosmeticly).
Price can go up to 20k total.

€200 a month for an apartment is seriously good. That wouldn't even get you one week here. For a month, it's around €900 for a one-bedroom apartment.

Sounds great; but i haven't heard any stories or diaries about him. I rather not take the risk.

There were diaries, 5 or 6 good ones, but they were taken down from old forum  at Dr. Mitkovic's request.  He has done many successful cases.

It's hard to know what's going on with his practice though.  He asks to be removed from old forum , he ignores emails from interested patients, but then sometimes he answers them like he did with Disobedient just 3 months ago.  Maybe he just does LL when he has spare time.

He was on old favourite on old forum  but he supposedly retired. He's on the "Do Not Recommend" list on old forum . Click on the first thread titled: "Doctors That I DO NOT Recommend For Leg Lengthening". He's only on that list because he retired, not because he a bad surgeon.

It looks like SysOp changed his name on all of his patients' diaries. It now shows: "Doctor Withheld".

Yeah the whole mitkovic situation was really strange. Anyways, at that price point you are basically looking at India. Depending on when you're getting this surgery, you might want to wait until things cool down a little bit.

You have to keep the frames on longer as well. The frames are the worst part. Well, second-worst if you include the inability to walk.

If he is willing to help you find a cheap place to stay near the hospital, then I believe Dr. Parihar in Mumbai, India would be an excellent choice.

More cosmetic cases doesn't necessarily mean better. Dr. Parihar has better qualifications than Sringari or Sarin - he even trained under Dr. Paley, who's regarded as one of the best ll surgeons in the world. He said he does a small amount of cosmetic cases per year but he does deformity corrections and deals with many complex cases. It's worth having a consultation with him. Watch his videos on YouTube to get somewhat of an impression on him, he's clearly a very knowledgeable surgeon.

How does LATN lead to recovery any slower than LON? My understanding is that LATN is actually faster than LON because callus growth occurs more slowly when bone marrow is removed from your tibiae , which is the case if you lengthen over an intramedullary nail.

Many doctors are more familiar with lon, therefore i go lon.

Oh latn is faster? Hhmm i though lon would be faster because bones would grow around the rod instead of creating a new full bone like illizarov.
