hey Diso , which is the minimum height of a male that you consider to date?

I'd be more comfortable with guys taller than me in general , and since I'm still short it's kinda impossible to find male shorter than me ;D

how often ? like I would imagine they wear it so rarely.. ->
in parties and events where everybody wants to appear more beautiful. :(

if a 5'9 wear 3 inches heel , she would be about 5'11 .. I'm sure she would probably hear some comments about that from guys 5'10 and shorter .. -> True

are you considering modeling career .. it's my question to you.. it's also a question you may heard if you wear 3inches heel and become 5'11-> It's a question I have always been hearing, but at 5'4-5'5 I am only tall enough for phothoshoots and for local catwalks. After LL, I am sure I will receive more offers for major catwalks, but I'm not sure if I want to pursue that path. I am not doing LL for modelling -that would be stupid-, but for being more beautiful. If this means getting more modelling jobs, nice! But that's not my main objective. Besides, I'm not young enough.

I've been around European guys when I was in Dubai .. and I never have been across a guy who consider a girl could be less attractive if she was a little short..  they would go on and on  about your weight though and your  body shape.. but height!! it was never on their priority .. at least that's what I think ->
True. No guy has told me I'm short (except for my boyfriend, who has that strange fixation with girls over 5'9). Some people in the modelling industry have also told me that I'm not tall enough for catwalks, but that has never happened to me when dating.

If you think it will make you more beautiful and more confidence about yourself then just do it, you have to star reading real materials about ll it's method and some patients' experiences as well that will give you clear idea about LL.

i would say 5'9 to 5'10 is a great height. It keeps extremely shallow heightist bitches at bay. The best chicks are the ones who honestly do not care how tall you are as long as you are taller than them not a ridiculous amount of them but definitely the kind of people you want to attract in your life. The sweet spot of 5'8 to 5'10 is that you can easily put on muscle mass, live healthier/longer, and youthful look while typically being 4 inches taller than girls. Plus girls who are 5'1 to 5'5 are the sexiest usually.

At 5'11" you still won't attract the " heightist bitches" and you will have an etra leg/advantage over more men and you can live a wonderful life ( 1 inch won't reduce lifespan to the extent that can be noticed ). 5'8" is meh, 5'9" is the true so called average.

why would you live longer when you are shorter? wasn't it said tall men have less cardio-vascular issues? but short men have a protective gene that gives them a longer lifespan (but u cant change ur genes with surgery)...
so if you did LL, it seems you have short genes (better lifespan) and greater cardiovascular stability.

Your heart will be short but require to pump more blood in a surgically altered body.

Yup I thought about that too.
But the heart muscle can grow stronger just as it does when you do a lot of sports. Your heartrate decreases. Mine went down to 60 after a few years of sports.
HR goes down cos' your heart muscles are stronger, and vessels are less rigid as well.
I would say that the effect is negligible if you work out frequently.

I have low blood pressure even after workouts I wonder if I qualify at all for LL.

my heart rate lying down goes as low as 55.
BP goes as low as about 100/70 or so.
There are medications to increase BP and HR in surgery. But having a low BP is very very good for such surgery. Reduces risk of fat embolism and reduced bleeding!

But will surgery itself cause it to drop or increase and if so by how much would it be?

Depends on anesthetic agent... and if you are nervous BP and HR goes up. BP + HR is used to monitor if the patient is feeling pain while unconscious; usually propofol causes both to drop so some add ketamine so that BP and HR doesn't fall too low

I have low BP, but I bleeded a lot. I needed two blood transfussions. My coagulation analysis were right, though.

What did the analysis tell you?

To come back to the topic , i would say the ideal height is 7-9 cm above the young men average of your ethnicity, you're tall but not too tall, in fact you're atleast taller than 85% of men.
For instance in uk/us/ it's 178.5-179 cm, so i would say 186-188 cm is ideal

For the netherlands, since the average is 183 cm, the perfect range is 190-192 cm.

No more than 1.83, please!!

As I said girls from my country don't seem to like guys above 1.83. (average female height: 162cm) It's treated as a negative  trait
In fact I read the ideal height between female and male is usually around 12+ cm. So 162 and 174 goes pretty well. Too tall isn't necessarily better. And 170 goes well with a guy who's 182.

Is this important to you, why do you dislike tall men?

I'm sure it could be uncomfortable and awkward at times but surely it can't be such a deal breaker, what if you meet an amazing man who is 187CM?

Not sure what the ideal male height is but I would like to be 4 inches tall with a 6'4 inch penis.

I'd literally be a dck.

I don't dislike tall men. I only dislike VERY tall men.
What is tall for me? I'm not sure about the numbers. At my original height of 164 I find men over 177 too tall for me, unless I am wearing very high heels. Since after LL I will be 170 or 171, I think that, according to my calculations, I will be very comfortable with men up to 185 or so, but no more. I don't want to feel like a shrimp! :P
If I happen to meet an amazing man who is 187 or 190 cm I would accept him as he is, but I would also accept an amazing man who is 1.72 or even less. I really don't care much about height in men, provided they are not too, too short or too, too tall.
This doesn't mean that I am not selective. I am very, very, very selective about men, but I don't discriminate on height or looks. I am more keen on discriminating on intellectual capacities or professional status. For example, I wouldn't date a man whom I perceive as having an IQ lower than 130 or as having no cultural background or a good career, even if he has Brad Pitt's looks.

I like you. You seem like an intelligent and together gal :)

And phew..after my LL, I'm in your "safe" range lol.

I've never cared about a woman's height, except only to the extent that I'm terrified of having short sons (if I do have kids, I'm not sure I want kids anymore). Even at 166cm, I was fairly picky, though, about a woman's weight/body shape (to me, since this can mostly be controlled, I'm just turned off by fat women on all levels) and her face. I'm obviously not a Ken doll, so I wasn't (and still not) looking for Barbie...but she's gotta pass the eye test first ;)

I love waspy girls. Too bad because I feel like there's a lot of competition for them...

I agree, and I am not so short... (1.64<1.70, after LL).

I can't believe you felt the need to do LL. You didn't need it. I think 5'7" is a little too tall for girls personally, but then again, this is coming from a guy who was barely taller than you at 166. Although I did date many women taller than me, up to around 175 believe it or not (and they all asked me out, I never had the guys to).

I love women in the 5'3-5'5" range. Actually, 5'5" girls made me feel short. Now I feel like I can be at least as tall as 5'5" and below girls including when they wear their oh-so-precious heels.

I think taller women can be more assertive in the workplace. But height is not necessarily important for women:  Thai ex-PM Yingluck, USA defence secretary Condo Rice, Ex-Phillipines president Arroyo, Ex-Indonesia president Megawati .. though one might wonder if they were taller, perhaps they would be in office longer??

The IMF chief for instance (or is it world bank) is a French lady lawyer. She is 178.

Ideal height is probably anywhere 6'4"+ and under 7'0", though i'm sure there are guys 7'0"+ who can pull off their height but I haven't met them. Your bones should ideally scale somewhat proportionally as you get taller, meaning your entire body frame and skull increases in size. Problems arise when you just grow vertically, but I don't think this is much of a problem for the amount LLers are lengthening.

This study points to it being 6'5" to 6'8", which is reasonable to me.

Women like musicmaker that claim to not like 'too tall' guys do exist but they are few in number and I would rather look at what women do than what they say. And all my experience points to very tall males having no handicaps in the dating world, and certainly not in the business world.

You are fundamentally wrong. I asked a few gay guys and female friends (who do not know about my height surgery). Most of them said 1.83 is too tall, except one who said that up to 2.00 is fine. I come from SG where average height is about 174. So add 2 cm to get to America, 1.85 is THE UPPER LIMIT for LL in America. and maybe 1.89 in Scandinavia.

I vote for about 6'0 to 6'1 (for the United States). It's taller than average, but not so tall to be outside of normal. What do you think?

I would agree with you, esp if you check Hollywood heights. At 6 feet and 6'1" you are essentially one of the taller men in Hollywood. And we know that celebrities do inflate their height. So, yeah!

And celebrities are slightly taller than the average person.

You are totally wrong. THe fact that women like Diso, and MM exist here, when females are in small numbers(in fact, very very few), means that in the GENERAL population, there must be quite a percentage of women who think that 190 cm for instance is too tall.

The ideal height is 6'0".  this is 100% backed up by what I asked of girls and gay guys. They said that 1.83 is already too tall. So I think good luck to your dates, if you become 7 feet.

Of course, it might be a different story on the basketball court or if you are a pro-basketball player. But the average guy,1.83 is good. And he can play basketball comfortably (though average or one of the shorter ones in a semi-pro league)

I care about what women do, not what they say. And I would bet my life on the fact they would go crazy in delight if a 183cm+ were to approach them. You realize women will blatantly lie to your face about many things?

I have facts, you have anecdotal evidence. For some reason my picture I posted isn't displaying, so let me reup it. You truly live in a fantasy world to believe that a height that is just conveniently 1 or 2 cms above your target height after tibia lengthening is too tall. It's very transparent what you are claiming and it's very dishonest as well.

Men that are very tall have a marked advantage over 6'0" or so males. Women remark about how tall you are, they will stare at you in the street, and there is a large proportion of height fetisihist women that desire very tall males, and their demand far outstrips the supply of said very tall males.
