Is there anyway to measure hips (upper leg) length too, so we can compare with knee height?

I'm at 57.5 after having lengthened 7.5 cm. And I also lengthened my femurs 7.5. That means our legs are of the same length and I'm 182. Which means I have 5 cms of SH on you. The dream. You either messed up with your measurements or your legs are reeeaaally long. Are you black by any chance?

Final arm span - 177 cm, Sitting height - 90 cm

You lengthened 15cm? Whoa.

Also my knee height is 49cm and I'm 157cm. At exactly 10cm or 4 inches more you had only 1cm of knee height more. My tibias aren't even that long so yours were probably short. Thank god my femurs are short or I wouldn't be able to do LL.

No I am calculating future lengthening. If I did 6cm on tibia I'd be 58cm knee height at 177. Then If I did 9 cm on femur to equal your total amount of lengthening I'd be 186cm. I am just over an inch taller than your start height. I think you calculated wrong as my sitting height is still higher than yours.

Haha sorry man. If you don't mind sharing what is your tibia to femur ratio after lengthening. Did you do 7.5cm on each segment for any particular reason rather than the standard less on tibia more on femurs approach?

Not really I just like things equal.

The ratio is 0.8 according to the standing x-ray.

Mine are more or less 57 cm, after 7.5cm of lengthening.

Just measured my knee height with a tape measure right now and it's 53 cm after 6 cm of tibia lengthening.

53cm? You had really short tibias before lengthening. Thats for sure

Yeah, my judo coach would always use me as an example of what to do when you can't let lock someone because their legs are too short.
