Measured myself again
« on: January 15, 2015, 01:22:57 AM »

Hey guys, a while back i posted here considering ll. many of you said that if I was 5'9 and looking to gain two inches that it probably wouldnt be worth it. Well I measured myself again and noticed that im not really five nine. Im more like 5'8.75. So five eight and three quarters. Would LL be an option now that I discovered this?

Thanks in advance

What is the significance in how tall you are? There are people who are 5'11 and 6 foot that get it done. You can even be 7 foot and get it done! :)

Put on some elevator shoes and grow an afro

5"9's a good place to be imo, but what is your reason?

I guess the reason would be to help in the dating scene. I guess I dont want to be considered short by women that are 5'5 and under. It seems that even these women want tall guys now in days. With timberlands and lifts I go up to 5'10 . I know people are gonna say these arre bad reasons but they are my reasons non the less

LOL

Dude, if you want it, go for it. It seems to me that you just want reassurance that 5'9 is not that short, but in some parts of the world it's average at best.

if youre 5'9 , 5'10,..in boots,etc

go for it, but it's not going to make a noticeable difference in your life, mabe even none, as far as getting girls... its not like going from 5'5 to 5'9,where you enter a different world

but it might make a difference for you personally, and then it's worth it

I guess I want the reassurance because I don't want to fork out 100 K if it's not going to make a significant difference in my dating life . I'm only looking to add 2 inches and go to 5'11. Also I don't want to date girls that are 5'6 or taller.

You will lose more from LL than you will gain from it. Just wear Nike Air Max and enjoy life, you are not short at 5'9 to 5'10 and if you get rejected because "you're short" it's probably just an excuse because they are not into you. I'm 5'9 myself now and doing LL at this height would be really really stupid. Just my two cents though.

This.  LL is a lot of money, pain, misery, and risk.  It's only worth it for people whose lives are really bad because they're short.

Thanks 123. Yeah I guess that was my question. I dont mind being average. Im latino and I go for latino girls but I compare myself to white and black people who are like 6 foot and taller for the most part. I mean if I lived in cities where the majority of people are latino I wouldnt mind, but I live in a place where most people are white and everyone is taller here.

Medium drink of water, whats the biggest risk ? Is death a big risk?

Death isn't a big risk, but it is there.  Some people never wake up from general anesthesia.
