Femur and tibia simultaneously

Have anyone in here been doing femur and tibia lenthening simultaneously? I saw that doctor paley offer that choice but not sure if it is a right choice.

Simultaneously? I don't think Dr Paley would offer that

Edit: My bad, thought he meant all four segments at the same time

Paley does offer that, and there are some diaries of quadrilateral with Paley here.

I thought about doing it, but now I don't know. Looks too much suffering.

I cannot recommend that, soft tissue needs time to adapt.
