AT strain

Hey guys..

I dont know if i am doing too much walking and PT (I walk to work)

But my Left leg archilles tendon starts to hurt..

I doing bilateral ilizarov (exfix only) lengthening..

now im at 2.8 cm...

why do i have strains at my archilles tendon? i can feel the burn now when I walk :/

It's totally normal. That is why most ll doctors do achilles tendon lengthening on patients that lengthen their tibias; ask Dr. Barinov if he could perform it on you.
