when did u get ballerina with ext fix for tibia?

acc to crimsontide's diary it seems like when he was about 2-3 months post op, which is about 4-5 cm +, becoming worse as he approached and hit 7.4 cm . when did you get your ballerina??

I think I was at around 5.5 cm

ballerina can always be fixed

i  got it after  5 or 6...  but as soon as i got it, it progressed very rapidly

you were fine before 5 cm?

did  u do stretches before the 5 cm mark?

i'm guessing you have some  ballerina already... or can  feel it coming


you can attempt to stretch, but  ballerina is a possibility anyway...  try to stretch some

thanks bro

im doing stretching..

no signs of ballerina yet,.. in fact its reverse of ballerina... (dorsiflexion as normal,butworse  a little)
