I have no experience and tips but call your airline!  They'll tell you how they proceed and it should alleviate your anxiety at least!

Don't worry about any of those things.  You'll board first, before the crowd comes.  The airlines have special wheelchairs that fit through the aisles, and the flight attendants will push you to the bathroom when you call them.  As long as they know there's a handicapped passenger it'll be fine.

TRS, you should be fine. I have seen patient of Dr. Paley lengthening at home and flying to see him every 2 weeks. They did this while lengthening so you will be fine.

I started using crutches on my last week of LL. This will give you more mobility. I recommend to use crutches after LL or end of LL. Much better than using walker.

You will be fine, just sit on the wheelchair and they'll wheel you around.  The airline staff are suppose to accommodate you, let them know in advance.  You go on and off board first before the normal passengers.   They might also upgrade your seat if they can.
