Which should i do first Tibia or Femur?

I plan on doing external tibia 4cm and internal femur 6cm to get 10cm gain, which should i do first? Lets say i do one and don't want to do the other, which is best to not have knee pain from disproportion and stuff? My guess would be external tibia first right?

Might as well get femurs out of the way first, I'd say. After that, 4 cm tibias should be a walk in the park.
