Nutrition pre-op post-op

Any guidelines? Are these recommended or not recommended for pre-op?

Calcium
Vitamin C 1000 mg
Multi-vitamins
Bromelain
Glucosamine 1500 mg + MSM + Chondroitin

Let me know soon, as my Op is in December (Dr Bagirov, Russia)

Doc says its better to rely on nutrition.

Anyway, here's what I take:

vitamin C 2000-4000 mg everyday
vitamin E 800-1200 units everyday
an antioxidant tablet (many good stuffs inside)
two multivitamins with zinc

I will soon be taking
silica supplement
bromelain
trypsin
alpha-lipoic acid

I think HGH in moderate doses would efficiently improve consolidation and overall recovery time.

No it doesnt. Thats only with very hight doses
