Hey guys,

I've read many hyped up claims of people gaining height with anything your mind could imagine, but could these two articles that mention A-grow-bics possibly work? I know the height gain may be lost if one were to stop doing the exercises but could even just one inch be gained doing this? I would do the stretches every day if it would add an inch. I'm 5'7 but I think I could live with 5'8 and a modest 1 inch lift to get to 5'9 without having to make my shoes looking stuffed with 2 inch lifts lol.

Please check these links first before you just say scam or nothing but ll works:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2221332/A-grow-bics-promises-add-inches-height--tall-story.html

Let's be open minded and have a good discussion on this. Thanks!

Here's the youtube vid on it:

It's so professionally recorded  that even though I want to just say: "scam" I am always hopeful that just one day there might be some alternative to ll.

if you want to grow after your plates get fused the only option is scoliosis/kiphosis surgery if you got one of this diseases with a very hight degree of curvature or leg lengthening surgery. End

It might work but the height is most likely temporary. You will have to be doing these exercises for the rest of your life if you want to keep the cms you will gain. I remember I used to do so many strecthing exercises (even in pools) for months and while I did become 1cm taller it was temporary. At the end of the day, maybe I didn't gain anything, maybe it was my imagination because I was thinking it was working...

If you really want to be taller, the only way is LL. After all, we are all here for that reason, because we realised that that is the only way to truly gain height.

Its hard to accept but if you want real height as others say, theres no alternative to the hard expensive way. Otherwise almost no one would be doing this...

Only through hell can your body's anatomy can change. It's a sad fact but once your plates have fused, it's impossible to grow taller at this moment in time. It may be possible in the near future to become taller w/o surgery but I doubt it will be available in this life time.

The fact that astronauts grow 2 inches taller in space, proves that cartilage discs can temporarily expand. While any gain is indeed "temporary", I feel that glucosamine sulfate (which has been proven through clinical studies to  increase height by up to .8 cm), which supports cartilage, may be able to allow one to sustain the height gain from a-grow-bics, inversion, or gravity boots for an extended period of time

Option 1: Inversion and Glucosamine to 177+CM :)
Option 2: CLL to 180 CM :)

here is the link to the gym and guy that invented "A Grow Bics"    I believe it works in the same way that you are taller in the morning than in the evening through spinal decompression.  Like the program - stretches, yoga, pilates etc..  will help with posture and spinal decompression that can give you maybe an extra inch or more if you start out like the hunchback of Notre Dame.   That said its not permanent you need to keep up with the exercises which is a good ideas especially yoga.

They had to use a medieval torture device

I'd rather wear elevator shoes.
