I am Harsh and I am 159cm tall I am 23 yrs old
-> Now I want to Know How much I can Increase if I only Lengthen my Tibia.
Is there any Ortho Surgeon in India According to you.

-> Will I look Abnormal after i go through it

brother Now I want to ask How much I have to increase to tower him.I
am the One who is Wearing White Shirt.

also what is the deal with asking us how much do you need to tower your brother. that is not the right mentality.

why do you feel you must dominate your brother?

also your brother seems to have a much larger upper body compared to you, your leg lengths seem to be identical, your brothers height seems to all be in his upper body compared to you.

Dr Pariah seems to be good. I don't know which doctor. read Kilokans diary. im sure there are other good doctors in india. but make sure they are on the asami board making them internationally recognized.

well 159cm in India is so normal, I see a lot of guys here around 5 ft 
anyway, you should read kilokhan's diary.

I wouldn't lenghten more than 5 cm in the tibia. If you do more it will look odd and be more stressful for the body -you won't recover as well.
5 CM is more than it sounds and you won't look disproportionate.

I'd highly suggest that you read Kilokahn's diary because it's the most helpful for people considering India!

BTW I reckon the absolute max on tibias should be 6cm. You will just be taller than your bro at 6cm. If you want to tower him than you should consider femurs as well.

the amount you should lengthen.

you should read many other threads. different people have different opinions.

I personally think you should only lengthen 6cm per segment.
if you were only going to do tibia and given your starting height of 159. you could squeeze out 7.5cm and probably be safe if you are really flexible.

Roughly 5 cm difference. You will never "tower" him because then you would need to be at least 12+ centimeter taller than him. If you lenghten your tibia 4,5 and femur 5,5 you will reverse your height difference and you would be as tall to him as he is to you now.

I think u are Right He is 4cm Taller than me Bcoz Our Shoulders are Always at Same Level.But Some Times When I meet Him He seems Very tall to me.
Is this Bcoz he is Some What more Flexible than me
He is Doing a lot of Cycling around 5 to 6 Km Daily.
Whereas I Hardly do any Cycling.

I think his upper body looks too small for his height, shoulders too narrow/small and arms too short. Maybe he just need to fill out his frame but right now I get the feeling he is standing on his toes.

The guy in the photo after ll seems much taller because he's tip toeing - ballerina foot

@Harsh your brother is about 4cm taller, because eye level to mid chin is about 8cm. Get 6.5 cm done on your tibias and you'll be fine with proportions. Average in India is 165cm, with 6.5cm you'll loom over girls and you'll be taller than your brother.
