I finally decided my path! :)

After all of my negotiation about doing external femurs, cross lateral, external Tibias. I conluded that I will do external tibias for 6.5 to 7cm. The reason is I made some mock Ups and they looked great, I also checked my self with my 4cm lifts and the length in my tibias looked really good. Thanks for the help guys. Saving money...and waiting for the surgery ^_^

Have you considered that some activities like walking and running might be difficult with longer tibias?

Good luck with whatever you choose to do, we all deserve to be taller.

Of course, but that will happen with too long femurs too ;)
