Go to South East Asia my friend. Many short people there. If you had LL that could bring you to 1m65+ It is actually the average height for men there.  :) :)

I think these issue is so easy when compared with the surgery.

Only by one surgery you could be average height in SoutheastAsia.
If you really want to change. The surgery needs time to finish and you can schedule your new life in this period. The first step is really important.

Less is more.
Maybe one cm up or down could not change your appearance.
But one cm more is definitely do harm to joint than one cm less.

Well it doesn't matter at all. Because no one would see the records except you show it willingly.
Does it really matter about What you are in the past? What matters most is what you are now.

Actually no one care and try to find.

The one who care is you.
Even all over the world know your past. So what? If You are 5.5 or 5.7 now, who care the past?
You are taller now.
You are not too short after surgery. That is truth in reality and no body can deny.

My short height has definitely ruined my life. I so want a new life where i am respected and treated fairly. I have had my personal informstion leaked by the government..and when they found out my short height..they subtly denied me service. I hate being short. Im saddened on how unfairly i get treated because of my short stature.

if you are white, in asia you will do well even if short (may not be in India, there even a white guy, if short, is out of luck).
if black, try scandinavia, you will be like odd man out there so that may work in your favor.
If Asian short guy - you are doomed - only way out is to get LL.

One advice (worked wonders for me) - get 3 inch lift shoes from Don's , costs a lot (good ones cost $300) but gives you huge boost, after I started using those my self respect, looks, women attention (especially chinese and indian for whom 5'7 is ok height and i reach that with 3 inch lift) - all increased substantially.

Lifts are great for daily life, but don't you feel fake from the attention you get?

Yes I do want to add, before doing this surgery, ask yourself if you have optimized your life to the fullest extent possible (job/career, personality, etc).

No, I don't feel fake because in my Mind, Ego etc. I have a taller (than I am) image of myself, in fact when I see in the mirror I feel like this is not me. In other words there is a discrepancy between how tall I feel I am then how tall actually I am. So, with lifts I feel closer to my mental image/height of myself. In fact the first time (I was 17 then) I started thinking about my short height is when one of fathers friends (he is close to family, like a father figure) told my father - "don't you think ....(my name) has grown up to be kinda shorter than average" (he had no intention to hurt my feeling, I think he was more of concerned/sad/worried that I did not grow tall enough and what it would entail/mean for me in life) I don't know if what I wrote explains what I meant to say but I hope you get it. Thanks.
