Pain in lengthening area - Queustion for Veteren CLL'er!
« on: January 30, 2019, 03:54:05 PM »

Hello to my Veteren CLL'er.

I have a question. Very recently as off a day ago, I have experienced some "soreness" around the lengthening line/area on the right quadriceps. It has a cramping like feeling when performing certain movement. I'm at about 2cm lengthening so far.  Left leg is loose and feeling good. Right leg is still fairly loose but I have that sore area which makes it a bit difficult to move right leg freely.  It is not red, or swollen, just feels like a charlie horse type spot high on quad. I'm going to keep on stretching and massaging hoping it will smoother out; but any suggests would be great!

Thank you and best regards,
