Pain Difference Fitbone vs Precice
« on: January 24, 2019, 06:57:46 AM »

From many dairy, I find Precice patients use many painkiller like Tramadol everyday during lengthenning. And if don't use painkiller the pain would be like hell.
Patients of Paley could only get 10days painkiller for the painkiller management of the government and some of they could not bear without painkiller.

But I find fitbone patient do not show that pain.

What makes the difference?
Does 6-8mm size fitbone  vs   10.7mm precice or 10mm stryde matters?

Less is more.
Maybe one cm up or down could not change your appearance.
But one cm more is definitely do harm to joint than one cm less.

Where did you get the info about the diameters of Fitbones?

On this brochure it says the thinnest is 11mm

I think there’s no need to make 6mm IM nail for cosmetic purposes

https://www.wittenstein.de/download/product-information-fitbone-en.pdf

About the pain, friends with internal nails says it’s painful when walking or stretching vigorously but not very painful when resting
So if Fitbones not having much pain that means they aren’t weight bearing maybe
