To anyone who did CLL

We all know the importance of stretching,
I think if previous members who successfully completed CLL could share their expertise
by submitting their stretching plan or regimen below, it would benefit the entire community.

InFullStryde in his diary (I forget what page exactly) linked to a bunch of YouTube videos showing useful stretches during the lengthening process.
