LL Surgeons in Spain?
« on: September 15, 2014, 07:07:17 AM »

just wondering if there was a good surgeon in Spain. Since my family's first language is Spanish, I would like yo go do it in Spain so we could all communicate perfectly with our surgeon who is going to be supervising me for this 6 months span. Any suggestions?

I do speak english pretty well, however my family does not. My family is mexican-born spaniards who mainly speak basque and spanish, so yeah they have no clue about english. I might know what I would be going through but I want my parents to be there as well if any complications occur, and I want language to not be an issue on this.

I am from basque country, Bilbao.
The best doctor in Spain is doctor Ignacio Ginebrada, from Barcelona. There is in internet one video called" cuestión de centímetros" about acondroplasia, and this doctor appear. I think this doctor wasn't very inerested in cosmetic surgery.
I think there are a lot of doctor with much more experience in cosmetic surgery, that the doctor from Spain.

If he has done acondroplasia surgeries then probably he is a great surgeon. If I tell him my experience he might probably will help me to achieve at least 5'5". (I am 5'1" which is actually pretty short for a man, all the WOMEN are taller than me).

This doctor is good, but he make another surgeries like knee surgeries....and i think we need one doctor who only do deformities and limb lengthening. he is traumatologist.
