Reasons for not choosing this org and Patient Horror stories are mentioned below.
What Dr. Hirdesh Kumar Isn’t Telling You:
Lack of Medical Expertise: Dr. Hirdesh Kumar is a physiotherapist, not a surgeon or orthopedic doctor. His advice often lacks the necessary expertise and is frequently contradictory.
Unreliable and Experimental Treatment: Patients are treated like experiments. Promises are made, but when issues arise, the blame is shifted to the patient. There’s no accountability.
Misleading Testimonials: Don’t trust the glowing reviews on their YouTube channel. Patients are pressured to lie about their experiences, even when they’re in pain and discomfort. If you refuse to participate in their videos, you’re treated poorly and your concerns are ignored.
Manipulative Practices: When new patients consult current ones, a physiotherapist named Naveesh ensures the truth is hidden. He interrupts and stops patients from sharing their real experiences.
Unprofessional Behavior: Dr. Hirdesh Kumar’s arrogant and rude behavior drives away competent physiotherapists. He uses foul language and mistreats his staff in front of patients.
Privacy Violations: Patient privacy is not respected. Personal information and medical conditions are casually shared with other patients, often leading to mockery.
Poor Nutrition: The food provided lacks the necessary nutrition for recovery. As a patient, you need a balanced diet to heal properly, but this is not prioritized.
Exorbitant Charges: Every little thing comes with a price tag. Extra food, visitor stays, and even trips to the airport are charged at exorbitant rates, often more than a good hotel would charge.
Delayed Recovery: The organization seems to prolong recovery to increase monthly charges. Pain management is inadequate, with poor nursing care and physiotherapists doubling as nurses.
Frequent Staff Firing: Due to Dr. Hirdesh’s bad behavior, staff turnover is high. Most staff don’t stay longer than 4 to 6 months, affecting the quality of care.
Inaccurate Measurements: Limb growth measurements before frame removal surgery are done unprofessionally, often with hands, leading to uneven growth and serious complications.
High Casualty Rate: Out of 20 patients, only 5 go home without any issues . The rest suffer from mild to severe complications. 75% Casualty rate.
Lack of Female Staff: There are no female staff to assist female patients, leading to discomfort and inappropriate behavior from male staff.
Power Outages: Frequent power outages with no backup generators or inverters, leaving patients in discomfort during extreme heat.
Constant Extra Charges: Extra charges for everything, including additional X-rays and fixing issues caused by their mistakes. No responsibility is taken for any complications.
Inexperienced Leadership: Dr. Hirdesh Kumar is not a doctor, and his lack of expertise often leads to contradictory advice. He removes talented physiotherapists to avoid being outperformed, ensuring patients recover slowly to maximize charges.
