ITB Tightness / Duck Feat

Hi,

Has anyone else experienced severe ITB tightness during femur lengthening? Mine has been tight as hell since about 2.5cm. Doing with Dr Guichet, who doesn't do IT band release. So I have to lengthen it through exercises. Any tips from those that have had this issue, or comments on what to expect / how this might affect time to walking would be appreciated.
