Is the change from 5'5-5'6 to 5'8-5'9 the most beneficial?
« on: January 29, 2024, 02:58:10 PM »

My height is 170(out of bed) to 168(night) and i genuinely think that around this height is where the increase feels really WORTH it. My plan is to get to 175cm but i think ill look a but disproportioned.

Which height + lets say 2-3 inches(6-7cm) feels more worth it to you, in terms of dating and overall?

What is your wingspan and weight. What’s your exact height, I’ll tell you a bit about my experience.

We have the exact same height.
Anyway, i think the most beneficial increase is the one that brings you from a little shorter than average, to average or a little above.
So in our case 168-->175/177 is a huge changing.

I'm currently 5'6 (168). Anyone below 5'6 should get the surgery. Why? Because if youre 5'6 you can conservatively go for 2 inches which brings you to 5'8 and with nice shoes you'll be walking at 5'10! Thats literally 2 inches away from 6ft, and I would be more than satisfied with those numbers.

Yeah, your case is a nice one i guess, do it but use your common sense choosing the right doctor and a safe amount of lengthening

I'm 167 out-of-bed so 5 cm will take me out from very short zone to just a little bit short zone which is 100% worth it from risks / rewards ratio POV. Every penny is worth it IMO to get that 2 inches safely in tibia.
