That’s great news. I originally was booked with Giotikas before Stryde was recalled and they still have my deposit. Would I be able to use the small cases claim if I live outside the EU?

I'm not sure about this, but it is worthwhile to try and tell them that you are going to try.
I sued them both in Greece and Ireland (didn't know exactly where the company was based because I sent the money to Intersera)
