Forearm lengthening

Could I do the expanding nail for my forearm? I feel like it would be impossible to do due to the radius and ulna mechanics. Unless you had two nails which would be way more expensive. I feel like having long forearms is better than having long humorous. What do you think? idk much abt the proportions

as far as im aware it its technically possible but its a horrible idea and probably nobody will do it.
