I feel like stretching after the surgery is one of the biggest things we can do to affect the outcome

Especially for femurs

I mean I imagine its simpler for tibias, fewer kinds of stretches, just need to wear the night splints as long as possible (maybe watch videos, etc to distract you from the discomfort? dunno how to make it comfy)

From what I've read on this forum, flexing the tibia is much more difficult.
