I don't know the situation but I'm assuming that Dr. Betz/Dr. Becker is the only one who uses Betzbone because he makes money off of it? I think its the only weight bearing internal tibia now, not sure how that much that matters

And then there is the question of how good/important the ability to go in reverse is for tibias/bone consolidation

I think Dr. Assayag said that Stryde had alot of non unions, wonder what was the cause and if this cause applies to other weight bearing nails like betzbone

I don't think clicking devices like betzbone can go in reverse?
