I already know if they see me in crutches they're gonna ask what happened. and if I tell them I broke my legs to grow taller they're gonna judge me like crazy.
preparing myself for a bunch of backhanded/indirect comments about insecurity and how I'm crazy etc

anyone else been through this?
did family/friends/neighbors/coworkers/etc say anything?
what have they said and how did you react?

  • The more a women cares about height the more...

Why does it matter what some relatives have told individuals who haven gotten LL done? The more you love yourself, the less your're going to care about what other people think. If your family don't support you, in what matters in your life, then they don't understand you, and you shouldn't prioritize them or their opinions...

I'm lengthening 6cm, and i will have finished lengthening by 3 months.  So not going to do an excessive ammount like 8, 9, or 10cm.
I'm going to be away for 4-5 months , and given my job, and the pandemic itself, i've been away from home for a year before , at times, three, four , five or six months.
As for being taller, i'm going to start wearing one inch lifts, and thick slippers indoors
When i return, i'm going to switch to flat shoes with no heel whatsoever, and walking flat footed indoors, and for the first few months back, walking with a poor posture/slouching.
The growth / difference will be pretty subtle
As for everyone else, i lucky have no friends i meet, and extended family i hardly meet.

As for walking akwardly, after 3 months lengthening , i will take 2 months to return my walk to 95%. which i will do away from family. So time away in total will be: 4-5 months, i will lengthen 6-6.5cm but in the run in, i will go from 5cm ourdoor shoes to complete flats, and 3cm indoor slippers to complete flats and slouching.

In preperation, i am learning how to do front splits, side splits etc and stretches

I did it during the pandemic and I didn't see anyone in person until I absolutely had to (well past when I finished lengthening). I didn't tell anyone at all and I'm pretty confident that no one knows for sure. If there is anyone who even suspects it they don't bring it up directly to me because I just deny and gaslight all the way baby.
