Your armspan is short but your leg is long relatively to your upper body. When you are doing LL be aware of your proportion

No worries I am here to save the day. Jokes aside this is coming from somebody who values proportions above all else and let me start by stating some facts:
1)99% of people do not notice your proportions. Not a single bit.My absolute close best friend has a leg to body ratio of 0.56.To make it more clear his legs are pretty longer than his torso and guess what. I had never noticed. Never. Nor me nor any of our friends. I noticed it recently because I started analyzing every single human's proportions because of my obsession with it. And for a second i was like *wait he is technically abnormal* buy he is very attractive. Even when tucking shirts in.
His height is 182cm btw

2) longer legs are considered more attractive on men as well. If i had to give a number i would say 5-10% longer than average.

Picture speaks for itself. Its from a youtube video. Look at the 190cm and 180cm guys. Long legs and very attractive.

And now to talk about your picture specifically take into account the fact that this is not how you will look like 100% after surgery.
You see you just lengthened ur current leg, u didnt take into account how it will look after muscle is there. From all the mock ups i have seen most of the time people end up looking better than the mock up.
I think you will look phenomenal if you build your upper body as well. But without it you look absolutely normal

your armspan short, but depends on the lengthen you will get, you might not have any problems.
besides, i don't believe armspan would affect anything if it's not abnormally short anyway.

however, your femur looks quite long. what are your stats?
(tibia,femur, and total height)
