10cm+ with Turkey,Germany While Under 7,5 with Paley, etc.

I talked with a Paley patient, who did 6,9cm on femur with Paley, he claimed that he's overreact and stop the lengthening process. He claimed that it was Paley's fault to stop it. He showed me his walking, running video. He now getting tibia lengthening with mahbobuian. I also saw many other patients who went for best of the best doctors and achieve less than 3inches, while we see people who went for 3rd world countries, or went doctors like Dr.Betz and gets more than 3inches on femur, and they look completely fine.

What exactly going on? Is 3inch on femur really that hard to get? What makes them stop achieving their 3 inch goals?

Everybody is different but I believe as long as you consider the following it should work:
1. Dont lengthen to much per day (I can not understand how somebody can go over 1 mm per day…)
2. you need to compensate your daily lengthening through stretching!!
3. Be active in addition to your stretching. Walk every day, go to the gym and exercise your leg muscles etc.
4. Go to a good doctor who is doing his surgery under the premisse to damage as less as possible in your body. For example this is a part which I really like at Dr. Betz.


Therefore, considering those points I think everypody can go over 3 inches (some more than others ..), if they take the time and listen to their body.

betznail maximum is 12cm, precise is 8cm.  that's a part of it

i think i misrepresented myself. i mean, there are people getting 10+ only on femur and looks like doing great, but doctors like Paley says even 10 with QL is a lot.

so either Paley being too cautious or other doctors doing something harmful for future outcomes of the patients.
