Limb Lengthening at age 59
« on: October 30, 2022, 08:17:49 PM »

Hi all! I completed femur surgery at Lengthening Turkey on 07/23/2022.  My original intent was to complete this twelve years ago, but due to taking care of my parents it became postponed.  However, if you are really committed to get something done, sooner or later you make it your dream come true. Like anything there are many challenges but it will mostly depend on your mindset. I'm from the USA and about a week ago, I have returned back to my home state to continue with the consolidation phase.  If anyone has comments or questions feel free to reach out!  Thanks

In terms of my gait I’m still feeling tight when I wake up.  As the day goes by I start to feel much more flexibility.  The key is to continue to stretch during the day in order to improve flexibility. Let me know if you have more questions.  Thanks

Congratulations for your new height. And can I ask why did you did this surgery at the age of 59 it's more risky after 45 and you did it in 59. Strange sir. Just bravo. And one more thing did you journey was quite smooth? Literally want to know

Hi Brother bongbee.  Twelve years ago, I intended to complete the surgery locally, but then things changed in terms of personal matters and had to take care of my parents.  However, it was always my intent to gain the additional height.  I always thought of my self being taller and if at this age I could still do it nothing was going to stop me. I wouldn’t describe it at smooth due my tissues are in a different stage if compared to younger men/woman. I’m doing progress and I believe that much has to do with how well you’ve taken care of your self throughout the years and your determination.  I’m a very determined individual.  I’m a former military service member and a war veteran.  Hopefully, this input helps and provides some information.  Thanks
