He can't do more then this ;
He is being honest with the way he looks at this surgery and that he doesn't give a f*** about you .
He is not even board certified and all he looks for is CLL not trauma or anything else.
He doesn't go to conventions,he does not research or something , all he does is put the nails that are available on patients and lengthen them according to the patient .
He may have a "good" track record but he is soooo unprofessional and disgusting with his promotion .

This is a surgery meant for absolutely NORMAL people effected by height dysphoria (psychological) , not for abnormal stupid people .
Normal people are the ones who often are successful in life and want to boost it by taking action on an insecurity they have , as any other person has their own .
This marketing is for fools and slow people !
I don't need this s**** to be convinced about doing or not the surgery; I will do it if I want/fell it's necessary and I will not if I don't think so .
Thia marketing aims to catch people unsure and fish them in RATHER THEN PUSH THEM AWAY as a respectable surgeon/person would do .
Every respectable surgeon first UNDERLINES that if not REALLY necessary , take more time to think on it or don't go for it .
Fools like him ,debiparshad ,buldu and company are the ones who promotes this like crazy .
I have no clue how someone pays 80k or so for someone like him with not even PT included .
I literally have no clue when out there there is Dr.Rozbruch , the Paley institute, Dr.Lee and Sinai Hospital available for same prices (besides Dr.Rozbruch if you don't have insurance covering some of it).

I agree. I’ve gotten his email newsletters and he plays on peoples insecurities. He’s an absolute dipsh*t who just wants your money. Taking a serious surgery that could have complications and selling it like it’s Botox lmao.

As far as results he seems to be an excellent doctor. He was my first choice but I genuinely think the guys goal is to create insecurities in people. The books he has written and the emails he sends just read as height neurosis promotions. The worst offense though is going on tiktok, the dude knows he is reaching young, impressionable, and often insecure kids and teens for the sake of money.

I’m saving up for Dr. Assayag, a surgeon who clearly is one of the most skilled in the industry. He is unique in matching that skill with his dedication to the community and seeming to genuinely care. I realize I’m coming off as a shill for Dr.A bit check my post history.

The only exception is maybe Paley that despite very commercial (look for example at the coloured "before/ after" image simulations, the lenghtening "cost by centimeter" packages, etc), is undoubtley one of the 2 or 3 most experienced and also academically recognized in the world.

For some reason, medical advertising is simply forbidden in many countries (I find it difficult to understand it is not so in the USA).

Here’s a huge concern I have, this surgery is currently very taboo, and dumbass Dr.M blasting it on social media (particularly tiktok which has a younger audience) could be a force that gets it banned. This type of advertising leads to rash patients who are woefully underprepared and likely to have poor outcomes. Young people with bad outcomes could mean bad press. But hey Dr. M needs a new house in the LA hills…

I have to defend Dr. M a bit here; he's not a fake. He is an excellent surgeon--perhaps one of the best limb lengthening surgeons in the world behind Paley. He's just also a bit of a scummy advertiser.

He is not !
Paley is Paley because before CLL he was great in LL like Rozbruch for example .
He is not a doctor where a mother would send a Ll discrepancy son ;he is popular among this forum because he advertize like a psycho  with 0 care of mental issues of ppl needing this .
We all know that any orthopedic surgeon can put a nail in ,they always did put trauma nails on ppl .
This surgery is not the most complicated among the orthopedic ones , but being with a doctor who follows someones advices is not like going with the one who actually create those advices .
Doctors who write books , travel to conventions around the globe and stay on track with the field , are the safer ones .
This does not mean they are popular here as for example dr .Hezemberg is known to be equal to Paley but he never did CLL .
Point is he is an avarage doctor with nice talk and s*itty moral ,period.

I wouldn’t disagree with that completely. I definitely don’t think he’s just behind Payley, but he’s probably at or near the bottom of the top 15 surgeons in the world. Unfortunately, the competition is not very stiff outside of these top 15, because doctors get really scummy really quick once you look outside the popular surgeons.
