Which surgeons besides Salame in Germany and Barinov in Russia use the modified slim frames for external tibia?

Asking because on photos these look really slim and can easily be accomodated during consolidation period under clothes and whatnot compared to the medieval torture device looking classic ilizarov fixator

Also, does anyone have any current contact info for Barinov in Russia?
