I’ve noticed the benefits of good blood flow during your surgery. Do you guys think taking a nitric oxide before and during your surgery for increased blood flow would be a good idea?

This is going to be a doctor question for sure.  They tell you to avoid blood-thinning medications as well as any kind of supplement that would thin blood (fish oil supplements, for example).  They do this because they don't want any unexpected bleeding complications during surgery.  If your blood is thinned out, stopping a bleed could become a more complex situation in the OR.  Taking a vaso-dilating drug could cause unexpected changes that the surgeons don't want.  All that said, I'm not a doctor...so any physicians feel free to jump in and correct me.  However, if you are going through this surgery, your surgeon will have a full work-up on you, know your medication history, and give you all pre-op instructions on what to do.  So in short...do what the surgeon tells you and don't omit any information from them.

I agree with AllInStryde, l not want to bleed out during sugery, at some point in recovery a NO booster (Cialis is longer lasting than Viagra) may help with recovery, but be prepared for the typical headaches and stuffy nose...
