« on: May 27, 2021, 05:49:51 PM »

Hi, been using height increase ínsoles for few years what led me to develop knee joint deviation and cavus foot in both legs now I have an exaggerated supination, unsteady footfall, as if feet bump into each other when walking, do you guys  know if it is correctable with a custom orthotic insole? Basically my legs were deformed by using wrong shoes with those height increase insole for years , attach some photos of how my leg is currently, if someone knows about this pathology if you could help me guys.

Girls wear heals all the time and it doesn't cause any issues to them. It's kinda weird. Why don't you go visit a physio or a doctor?

Girls rarely wear heels all day, they physically can’t. Most girls wear them only at clubs or dinners anyways. Many guys who wear insoles wear them on a daily basis almost all day

The insoles are very uncomfortable.  I don't understand how someone can walk with them for a long time.  Better to buy lift shoes.

Coming from a user Some shoes fit them extremely well. Jordan 7s, can’t even tell. Timberlands, feels like bricks on your feet.

As can be seen in the first image, my knee bone is deviated to one side, now when I step on, I step on my toes first because of the habit of wearing height increase insoles, will visit a podiatrist shortly

I know plenty of women who wear heels all day. Especially in a professional work environment.
