When I bend/stretch my right leg and when I walk, the leg bones rub with each other. They grind, make noise and its a terrible feeling. The surgeon and PT has told me its normal.
I have walked with support a little better today but will get discharged on Saturday. Can I ask how did you guys manage going to toilet,do I need to get something since I cant stand myself and after every short walking session, the pain is excruciating. How come no one mentioned this kind of pain.Medium drink of water, when does it get better?

Always put your heels down first, then toes. Otherwise you will develop ballerina's foot.
