Good simulation of LL pain?
« on: April 20, 2021, 07:30:10 AM »

Is taking your phone and hammering it on ur tibias comparable to the constant pain during lengthening? I find that it hurts quite a bit when you hit it hard on ur tibia bone.

LL pain should feel like recovering from an extremely difficult leg day at the gym after not lifting any weights with your legs for months. Your legs feel tight and sore all over and you have limited range of motion, but the painkillers dampen any feelings of acute pain.

There was acute pain the first few weeks but after just tightness and dull soreness, especially when doing PT. I think I also one of knees had a sharp pain only when weightbearing for like a week during the consolidation phase.

Yes I agree. Its like recovering from leg day in terms of pain quality times x1.5 in terms of intensity. So just imagine recovering from leg day every day you are lengthening. Also expect the pain to be worse during physical therapy
