Initial surgery pain?

How you describe intial surgery pain? is it too difficult  to handle?
How you manage?

Not to difficult to handle except for one guy I know of who quit even before he got to 2 cm.

It is completely different for everyone. Lasted 2 weeks for most but a whole month for me. Pain was very tolerable during day but kept me up every night. I did do femurs though so maybe thats the reason why.
