Optimal tibia and femur femur length split beyond 8cm

Hey guys, I’m probably just going for the 8cm personally. However I do like to think about going longer than that mostly as a fantasy. That being said what is the optimal lengths for tibia and femurs for a total of 9,10,11 centimeters  and beyond?
