Can I work remotely after getting the surgery? (LON on tibias)

I'll be getting LON on tibias this year. Can I work remotely after getting the surgery? I can take maybe 1 or 2 weeks off from work but I can't fully quit my job. I just have to code on my laptop and don't have to move my legs. Will it be possible mentally?
