what do you think about having 2 surgeries for gaining 5 cm on femur+ 5 cm on tibia? will it be aesthetic for the body and apearance? will I gain some pros?

If you have long arms, a long torso and broad shoulders, then it will be ok

Better to ask your doctor if you don't want to post your picture

Understand that every situation is different. It's a bit odd since height is a discrete trait but no one knows how you view the world, if you are suffering from mental illness etc. There is no such thing as "Height XYZ is   but one inch taller and its acceptable". It's individual.
