Is it possible to get 3 lengthening surgeries on one segment? E.g. 6cm lengthen femur, heal, another 6cm, heal, another 6cm, heal...

Yes, it is the standard Paley method for lengthening children with ACHONDROPLASIA

Wow that's interesting af!! I wonder what the physiological limit is? If you were a dwarf with a billion dollars and wanted to be 6'3". Could he get 6cm increase, 4 or 5 times?

Probably not. There's a huge tax on your body in terms of ROM and mechanics.

There was a dwarf that got to ~4' 11" from 3' 11" as far as I remember, though you can only imagine how brutal the recovery was.

Indeed. I wonder also if there is a problem with a small person's organs now having to power a much larger body? If a 4 foot dwarf gets an additional 12 inches of legs, including maybe extra muscle(??) to stretch across that space, would their organs have to work harder?

Not too sure to be honest. I think maybe 5-6 inches is as reasonable as it gets since realistically speaking it's a tiny portion of your total height. But a whole foot seems extreme, definitely asking for trouble down the line.

If I were a dwarf and got a foot taller I'd still hate it because I'll remain significantly short. Sure it beats being 3' 11" but still, there will always be that itch to be even taller and that'll probably lead to complications.

What I do know is that taller people tend to have bigger organs as their HGH production is greater. So it could make sense that bigger organs are able to power a body as big as theirs, compared to a dwarf.

And you should round down the numbers again and finally:2m≈0m (according to the algebra principle of rounding down numbers under 5)
