My shoulder is like only 1 inch above it. I feel like lengthening it over 1 inch on femur would be very weird going above my shoulder.

Lost of people have femurs longer than torso, especially females. So it's not uncommon even in males.

My knees stay like 4 inches underneath the top of my shoulders. I forget my exact measurement but I think my legs are a few inches less than half of my height.
